Know The Side Effects Of Drinking Milk Tea

Sleep problems:  Milk tea contains caffeine, just like black tea or green tea. Drinking too much milk tea, especially later in the day, can interfere with your sleep.

Digestive issues:  Milk tea can cause digestive problems like bloating, gas, and constipation, especially for people who are lactose intolerant.

Weight gain:  Milk tea is often loaded with sugar and calories. A single cup of milk tea can contain hundreds of calories.

Skin problems:  The high sugar content in milk tea can contribute to acne breakouts.  Dairy products in milk tea may also worsen acne for some people.

Anxiety:  Caffeine can worsen anxiety symptoms.  If you are prone to anxiety, it is best to limit your intake of milk tea.

Iron deficiency:  The tannins in tea can interfere with iron absorption.  If you are iron deficient, you may want to limit your intake of milk tea or drink it between meals.

Nutritional deficiencies: Milk tea is not a nutritious drink. It's low in essential vitamins and minerals and can contribute to deficiencies if consumed excessively.
